Our brilliant gov’t now wants to spend millions of our hard earned money on abstinence programs for adults! Yes, the abstinence program once geared to teenagers is being recommended to modify their age target to include anyone up to 29-year-olds. Regardless of anyone’s point of view about pre-marital sex, isn’t it just ludicrous to spend money on baby sitting grown ups?
