Recently, a lot of work has been done with 3d on the Actionscript front. Papervision, is throwing its hat into the ring as an open source Actionscript 3d engine. Obviously, having a 3d engine in Flash opens up a whole new realm of possibilities for what can be done within Flash and on the web. Be excited folks, this just adds another cool thing that can be done with Flash and just subtracts one more reason why people should be complaining about it being used.
