GOOD Magazine Give-Away For June 2007

Posted on 2 July, 2007 at 8:27pm

Well, just as promised, the top commenter for the month of June received a year-long subscription to GOOD magazine. For anyone that frequents this site even in the slightest, I think you know who got it… For those of you who do not know, Kellie is one magazine subscription richer – she has given so much to this blog that this prize does not seem enough. Still, this is the blog’s little way of saying thank you for all the contributions.

So, as you might be able to discern from the title, I am going to keep this up on a monthly basis – as long as people keep commenting. All you have to do is be the top commenter (excluding Kellie) for the month, live in the US or Canada (GOOD does not ship to any other countries) and you will have yourself some very good reading material. This is not a popularity contest – you can vehemently disagree with me all you want. As long as you are the top commenter and have no already gotten a subscription, you will be the big winner.

  • That’s cool, congrats to Kellie. Too bad I don’t live in the US or canada. O well then I’ll have to think of another reason to comment :)

  • Way to go Kellie! Your comments are always the best :)

  • matthijs – I know, I need to figure something out for the international crowd. Let me put some thought into that – I don’t want to leave a huge portion of the community high and dry.

Wild Guess – They definitely are. :)

  • thanks for the kind words, matthijs. your comments generate money to charity! that in itself is a great accomplishment. if only GOOD magazine could be shipped internationally…:-(

so nice to hear a sincere compliment (i hope) from the typically unruly wild guess.

i look forward to receiving a new subscription every month. bring it on fools. challenge me.

  • Glad to see that things worked out for Kellie, I still think it’s a fantastic idea that you’re doing this P.J.
